    The available time period is from 8:30am to 2pm. This booking is valid for one date and the customer can utilise the space during the designated hours of operation.

    MONDAY TO FRIDAY

    Our event space is available for hire from 7 AM to 6 PM. Please note that from 8 AM to 2 PM, our coffee shop will be open to the public, but the event space will be
    closed oft during that time.

    SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

    Our event space is available for hire from 7AM to 6PM and the venue is exclusive use on the weekends.

    MEETINGS

    The room includes table and chair linen, a variety of layouts to suit your meeting and jugs of iced tap water and use of a screen.
    Monday - Friday.
    £12 per hour including VAT
    Saturday & Sunday.

    Please notify of any allergy & dietary requests in advance of ordering. We will do our best to accommodate however, our kitchen is not allergy free so may not always be able to. accommodate.

    Please do not be upset if we cannot accommodate your allergy needs the safety of our customers is paramount. We will not mix different dietary requirements in a box.

    Due to the shared nature of grazing boxes, platters & tables once the products have been opened and shared amongst guests there is a high risk of all allergen transfer.

    Unfortunately we cannot change the contents of the boxes.

    Storage Information

    We advise all boxes and platters to be stored in a cool place - your allergy label state if we advise keeping your item in the fridge. Food which has been displayed for less than two hours can be put back in the fridge and kept at 8°C or below and used within 24 hours. If it has been out for more than two hours it must be thrown away.

    Our serving suggestion are dependant if you are consuming this item with any other food.

    All our boxes are freshly made to order prior to your delivery.

    All our image are for illustrative purposes only. Style & design may vary with seasonal and supplier availability. As all of our produce is sourced daily  and subject to seasonal changes and availability then substitutions may be made.

    If catering for a certain dietary requirement we recommend purchasing from our dietary menu as any changes will be kept in line with the product ordered. Ie. Vegetarian will always be vegetarian - any mixed boxes we cannot guarantee they will always contain items will be suitable for vegetarians.
